At the LeadWomen APAC DEI Summit 2024, Diversity Atlas proudly brought a data-driven lens to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Through our Diversity Atlas Survey, we mapped the demographic, cultural, and identity dimensions of the audience—revealing real-time insights into the diversity in the room. Our CXO, Michael Walmsley, unveiled the results live, highlighting the power of data to illuminate lived experiences. He later joined Tanya Sinha (DEI Lead, AWS APJC & EMEA) and Yi-Ren Wang (Asia School of Business) in a dynamic panel on how data can drive more inclusive, impactful DEI strategies.
