A

harmonious
that is culturally
Cultural Infusion's Atlas draws on an extensive global cultural and demographic database to give organisations an unprecedented view of their workforce in all its nuance, avoiding simplistic categories, and supporting more inclusive, equitable and better informed decisions.
It Started with a Question
The Atlas emerged organically from Cultural Infusion’s longstanding work supporting cultural diversity and intercultural understanding, conceived in 2016 as a research question on how to define and measure cultural diversity with the aim of creating better understanding and protection for cultural diversity. Its primary concern, therefore, is the practical and ethical challenge of representing cultural plurality without hierarchy, exclusion, reduction or essentialism.
The question was prompted by Cultural Infusion's Chief Technology Officer, Rezza Moieni, who sought precision in the language and concepts used at Cultural Infusion.
A Global Solution for a Global Problem
The problem of how to define and measure cultural diversity was understood by Cultural Infusion CEO Peter Mousaferiadis and by Rezza Moieni to be a global problem for which a global solution would be necessary. The question blossomed into a substantial research and development project led by Peter Mousaferiadis, which received support from AusIndustry’s Research and Development Area to refine and commercialise the Atlas.
