What is the AIRI?

The  AI Readiness Index (AIRI) grew out of interviews with over a hundred HR and people leaders, CTOs and global tech industry luminaries.

It is a dual-perspective 8-10 minute survey across six pillars:

  1. Basics: Policy, governance and compliance
  2. Preparation: Processes, training and rollout
  3. Cultural Infusion: Effect on people / humans
  4. Output: Productivity and performance
  5. Fitness: Integration, infrastructure and data quality
  6. Crystal Ball: Planning and predictions

Leaders and Staff complete different surveys, the intersect with each other in the analysis.

How it works, in a nutshell

Free-text questions are also included. As the platform is properly anonymous, the comments will carry more weight.
Atlas dashboard / platform is licensed for a year
Atlas is hosted on AWS servers and cannot be connected to your HR system
(This is wholly a third-party process)
Surveys are totally, properly anonymous, and privacy law compliant, globally
After generating survey links, the customer sends the surveys out separately to Leaders and Staff
The surveys take approximately 8 minutes
Data may be segmented by groups (eg: region, business units) but this is optional
Up to five administrators will have access to the Atlas interactive dashboard with live results.
Cultural Infusion will also provide an AIRI report upon completion
