Atlas Data Leader

Developed by experts in anthropology, data science, and strategic analysis, certification is assessed across 27 unique criteria. The Atlas Data Leaders certification showcases your organisation’s leadership in cultural data intelligence.

How does the 'Atlas Data Leaders' Certification process work?

There are up to 27 categories, and of these, customers must receive a ‘tick’ on at least 75%.
Some customers may not be able to address all 27 (due to legal considerations, or lack of applicable data), and so a minimum of 16 categories must be set, with the 75% minimum a constant.
The certification is project focused. It is a reward for solid communications and engagement with the positive spirit of HR initiatives informed by Atlas's granular data.

Some examples of the assessed categories:

The full list of 27 categories is available to licensed Atlas customers.
Allowing for the data to be anonymously pooled to create global benchmark data.
The gender split in participation within x percent of actual gender split in organisation.
Sentiment mean score of participants who are not heterosexual is no more than x below sentiment mean score of all staff.
Reporting the survey results to their staff.

How do to get a certification?

Applications are processed for approval by the Atlas Anthrodata team, including our data scientists, analysts, anthropologists and SMEs. They will verify if you have met the criteria for certification and notify you of the results. If successful, you will be able to unlock the badge on your dashboard.

The certificate is acknowledgement that your organisation exemplifies leadership and commitment to creating a harmonious and thriving workplace culture by successfully mapping and measuring the diversity and sentiment status of your team.
