Ellect Stars recognises organisations that have demonstrated meaningful progress towards gender-balanced leadership while acknowledging that every organisation is on a different journey.
The accreditation focuses on leadership representation across executive and governance roles rather than a single metric.
What Information Will Be Required?
To complete the assessment, organisations will be asked to provide:
- Organisation name
- Website
- Country
- Executive Leadership Team members (names and LinkedIn profiles)
- Board members (names and LinkedIn profiles)
- Organisation chart (optional)
This information enables Atlas to independently assess eligibility against the Ellect Stars accreditation criteria. The assessment process is designed to be practical, transparent and focused on leadership representation.
Accreditation Fee
There is no fee to submit an application. Applications are reviewed first to determine eligibility for Ellect Stars accreditation. Organisations that successfully meet the accreditation criteria will be invited to proceed with accreditation fee of USD $495 per year,payable following approval and prior to receiving accreditation.
